Serving Alamo & the San Ramon Valley
Kids Party Rentals in Alamo
Alamo is an unincorporated community between Walnut Creek and Danville, known for large residential lots, horse properties and homes set back behind gates and long driveways. That extra room opens up options that smaller towns cannot fit, from big combo bounce houses to separate toddler and big-kid zones. Bay Area Kids Rentals delivers bounce houses, soft play, ball pits and kids tables and chairs to Alamo and takes care of setup and pickup.

Room to spread out in Alamo
Many Alamo homes, especially in Round Hill, around Stone Valley Road and in Alamo Oaks, sit on lots of half an acre or more. Even so, the usable party ground is often smaller than the parcel, because pools, landscaping, sport courts and hillside oak groves take up a share. Look for the largest level stretch of lawn, which is frequently right behind the house or beside the pool.
Because Alamo is unincorporated, its small neighborhood parks are run by the county rather than a city. Livorna Park and Andrew H. Young Park are the local options with some grass, though most Alamo families find they have more room at home than at either park. Neither is a large site, so a backyard party is usually the simpler plan here, with a park reserved for a picnic-style gathering.
Alamo rentals for big yards and mixed ages
A spacious Alamo lawn is the ideal place for a full-size combo bounce house with a slide, and on a very large yard you can set up a second play area for younger siblings. Placing a soft play corner and a ball pit near the patio, away from the bigger inflatable, keeps toddlers out of the path of older kids running back and forth.
Kids-size tables and chairs give the youngest guests their own spot for cake and crafts, and they look tidy on a patio or under a shade sail. For older kids and teens, larger seating groups near the pool or game area suit them better. With plenty of space, think about grouping rentals into zones so the party flows naturally.
Planning around Alamo driveways, gates and heat
Alamo homes are often reached by long private driveways, some shared with neighbors and some with electric gates. Tell us the gate code or arrange for someone to open it, and let us know if the driveway is steep or has a tight turn. If the setup spot is far from where a truck can park, mention the distance so we can plan the carry.
Summer in the San Ramon Valley is hot, with afternoons that commonly reach the nineties. Put inflatables where they get shade later in the day, or schedule a morning party. On a large property, the nearest outdoor outlet may be some distance from the lawn, so check that there is power within reach or plan on a generator.

Good to know
Alamo party rental questions
Our Alamo property has a gate and a long driveway. Is that a problem?
Not usually. Share the gate code or have someone available to open it, and describe the driveway when you book, including any steep sections or tight turns. Our crew can carry and wheel equipment a fair distance, but knowing the route ahead of time helps us arrive with the right setup plan.
Can we set up more than one play area on a big Alamo lawn?
Yes, and on larger Alamo lots it often works well. A combo bounce house for older kids and a separate soft play or ball pit area for toddlers keeps age groups apart. Each inflatable needs its own level space and access to power, so measure the lawn and map the outlets first.
Is the ground under oak trees okay for an inflatable in Alamo?
Shade from oaks helps on hot days, but check the ground and the canopy. Acorns, roots and fallen twigs should be cleared, and low branches need to stay well above the top of the unit. An open lawn next to the trees, rather than directly under them, is usually the better choice.
How much is delivery to Alamo?
Delivery to Alamo is $80. You are about 14.2 miles from our Oakland warehouse, and that falls inside our flat-rate zone, so the fee is the same $80 whether you book one item or a full setup. The fee covers the round trip, setup when we arrive and collection afterwards. It is calculated from your exact address at checkout, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
Is setup included, or do I put it up myself?
Setup is included. We deliver to your Alamo address, position and set up everything, and come back to collect it at the end of your window. You do not assemble anything, and there is no separate labour charge.
How far ahead should I book?
Online bookings need at least 7 days of notice, and you can book up to 12 months ahead. In practice Alamo weekends in spring and summer go early, so booking three to six weeks out gives you the best choice of dates and items. Nothing is held without a deposit, so the date is only yours once that is paid.
What deposit do you take, and what if I need to cancel?
A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement reserve your items. The balance is due one week before the event, and bookings made inside that week are paid in full up front. If you need to move the date for weather, illness or anything else, your payment transfers to the new date subject to availability. If you cancel outright, the payment becomes in-house credit you can use for up to 18 months.
Can I choose an exact delivery time?
Standard delivery and collection are one-hour arrival windows, which lets us route the day's Alamo runs efficiently. If your venue or party schedule needs a precise time, you can add a guaranteed exact-time slot for $100 at checkout and we build the route around it.
Can I keep the rentals overnight?
Yes. Same-day collection is standard, and an overnight or next-morning pickup is $75. It is worth considering for an evening party in Alamo, since it takes the pressure off the end of the event and we collect the following day instead.
Which parts of Alamo do you cover?
All of Alamo, including Round Hill, Stone Valley, Alamo Oaks and Downtown Alamo, plus the surrounding East Bay. The delivery fee is the same across the city, so where you are inside Alamo does not change the price.
